FindSurfaces.com - Returns Policy and Information
What can be returned:
FS accept returns only of current stocked items which are unused, in original packaging and only in full boxes or crates whichever is applicable. There will be a freight cost and a restocking fee of 15% for all returns.
Any request for returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
What can’t be returned:
FS does not accept returns of end of line/clearance products, special orders or made to order/bespoke products.
How to return goods:
All returns must be pre-authorised by FS, and a returns number will be provided. This return number must be clearly noted on all packages, crates and pallets.
Depending on location of our warehouse for those goods, FS will provide you with a quote to collect and return the goods to our respective warehouse.
Goods cannot be dropped off to our warehouse as the goods need to be returned to any number of our warehouses, depending on original warehouse location for the returning product.
Packing your return:
The goods must be packed well as natural stone and tiles are fragile. They need to be packed into relevant crate or pallet, or A frame depending on the type of goods and must be strapped according to our instructions.
FS will provide you with the relevant labels that must be adhered to the goods and photos taken and sent by email to our customer services team.
Collection:
FS will organise the collection of the goods and return to the warehouse of origin. Once the goods have arrived and checked that they are in good condition and in resalable condition and send any photos if it is not.
Refund:
As long as the packaging and goods arrive in a resalable condition, we will process your refund within three working days of receipt, less transportation costs and a 15% restocking handling fee.
